Gattin (Pty) Ltd (‘Gattin Digital Marketing’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’) is a small business committed to providing online digital marketing opportunities in helping businesses to start or grow their businesses.

COMPLIANCE

Gattin Digital Marketing collects and processes your personal information following this Privacy Policy, supported by our POPI/PAIA Policy Manual with the relevant data protection regulations and laws. This Privacy Policy provides you with the necessary information regarding your rights and our obligations and explains how, why and when we process your personal data.

This Privacy Policy complies with section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information (PAIA Act, of 2000) and addresses the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act No. 4 of 2013).

  • “Gattin Platform” means an automated learning management system that delivers free or purchased products in the sequential format supplied by us for the customer’s benefit,
  • “Third Party Services” means services provided by persons or entities other than us and that is procured by us for the benefit of the User or Client,
  • “User” means any person or entity that has access or who has purchased a product on the Gattin Platform,
  • “Visitor” means any person or entity who browses our Website.
  • “Website” means our web pages, that communicate information concerning our products, services and Product Platform.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Our Website gattin.co.za collects non-personal data/information on Website visits by users including, without limitation, which pages the website is most frequently visited, how often, and for how long.

We use non-personal data/information to better understand our users, we utilise third parties to measure Website and Mobile traffic. A tracking code is used to collect the following information on the usage of the Website:

In case of a data breach, we are committed to complying in all respects with the requirements of all South African Privacy Laws and where required, the provisions of the GDPR.

You can also play an important role in keeping your personal data/information secure, by maintaining the confidentiality of any password and accounts used on the Website.
